Assisted Building Program
Winters Homes will bring
the house, set the house,
pay for the crane, and
finish the shingles.
The
customer is responsible for
the following:

Building permits

Foundation

Termite treatment

All plumbing must be
connected to the house.
Plumbing is stubbed
through the floor. Sewer
pipes are not included

tied together at the
junction boxes

Installation of wiring
to telephone and cable
boxes

Installation of flooring

Trim work

Hang doors

Hang and repair drywall
as needed
